Alex received his B.A. in Asian Languages and Literature from the University of Minnesota and his M.A. in Asia-Pacific Studies from National Chengchi University in Taiwan. He has also studied Chinese Mandarin extensively in Beijing and Taipei, and currently acts as a web developer in addition to a consultant between businesses developing in Asia.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys photography and has traveled to more than 20 countries. In addition to his documentary work, he also runs a site called Qiful Life dedicated to sharing experiences and knowledge about Eastern health practices.
